		Outside In - Summer 2009 The Summerland Art Gallery did a wonderful job of hosting this event. Many thanks to the hanging committee.
		Red Rooster Winery Show - July '09 A great time was had by all at the Red Rooster Winery Show. It was a real positive experience and I had fun with the staff and visitors.
		Amnesty International UDHR@60 Art Exhibition and Auction Project I was pleased to be chosen to participate in Amnesty International's UDHR@60 Art Exhibition and Auction Project. Thirty fine artists each created an original 30X30" painting; visually describing one of the articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. A reception and showing of the art was held at VanCity Theatre in Vancouver at the opening night of AI.s Film Festival. The paintings were auctioned at a Gala evening in December at the Canvas Lounge in Gastown, Vancouver. Proceeds from the auction were donated to Amnesty International's good works. My painting "Inclusion", presents a look into childrens' inclusive way of organizing their play. I felt that image can inform us adults as we participate in local government which is at the heart of Article 21.
		Summerland Studio Tour 2008. On Saturday, May 24th, I took part in this open studio tour organized by the Summerland Arts Council. An enjoyable day was shared with over 80 art appreciators. This event also provided me with the urgency to prepare an appropriate viewing gallery which is very helpful for displaying my work.
		Winner of Therapy Vineyards New Artist Series Viogner 2007 Wine Label Competition. I was honoured to have my painting "Sunoka" chosen for Therapy Vineyards New Artist Series Viogner 2007 release. Please visit Therapy Vineyards Events page for more information on the wine and its release.
		Survivors - August 23 to September 15, 2007 Showcased at the Summerland Art Gallery during the fall of 2007, these paintings are an honest response to people and things in and around Summerland. Please view the show gallery for more detail.
		Christmas Dreamhouse Tour - November 9-10, 2007 I was privileged to have some of my artwork included in the Fifth Annual Hooded Merganser Christmas Dreamhouse Tour. Lynette Hay and her Rivendell design team realized some amazing results after cosolidating many different arts, crafts and decorations into a festive experience. The homes were beautiful, the cause was worthy and I was honored to be involved in my small way.
